Renting Space at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Clinton

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Clinton has enough space in our building that we can rent several areas for rent to individuals and organizations. Varying in size, these areas have been used for meetings and trainings, classes, conferences, banquets, weddings, parties, recitals, and rummage sales. Our rates are reasonable and we are pleased to have our facilities used by members of our community.

Location

 

The Clinton UUF is conveniently located at 309 North 30th Street, just off  Highway 67, in the North end of Clinton, Iowa.  It can be reached by car, and by public transportation. Two parking lots are on-site.

​

Our building is easy to locate. Use GPS, or follow these simple directions: Driving South on US Hwy 67, turn right onto 30th Avenue North. Driving North stay on Hwy 67 (also called 3rd Street) until nearly out of town. Turn onto 30th Avenue N. We are on the southwest corner, and identified by several (new!) signs.

Sanctuary of UUF Church of Clinton

The Sanctuary:

Traditional design, suitable for weddings, civil unions, memorials, concerts, large meetings, child dedications, other ceremonies. Has:

​

  • new HVAC systems

  • sound system with good acoustics

  • comfortable seating for 200

  • both natural and adjustable artificial lighting

  • well-maintained piano

  • large, portable screen

The Olympia Brown Room:   

Named after one of our Founding Mothers

  • located in the lower level

  • wheelchair accessible from East parking lot ramp

  • unisex toilet room on same level

  • movable tables & chairs for group activities

  • comfortable casual seating

  • new windows facing sunny South & East sides 

  • easy access to ‘back yard’ with greenspace and
    wildlife gardens

Emerson Hall:

  • large, multi-purpose room with 4 smaller adjoining rooms

  • conversation corner in main area

  • children’s playroom on same level

  • 2 separate toilet rooms on same floor

  • movable tables and chairs

  • motorized chairlift between floors, or wheelchair ramp
