LISTEN TO MUSIC ...GIVE YOURSELF A HAND MASSAGE...FIND THE SUN

STRETCH .... RUB YOUR FEET OVER A GOLF BALL ... BE ALONE......

TRY PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION ... SQUEEZE A STRESS BALL...

CLOSE YOUR EYES ...COUNT BACKWARDS .... GET ORGANIZED.......

TRY YOGA ... EAT SOME CHOCOLATE ..... CUDDLE WITH A PET...CHEW GUM

MEDITATE ...SIP GREEN TEA ...LAUGH ... DRIP COLD WATER ON WRISTS..
