There is an awful lot of ugliness in our world today. From wars in the Middle East and Ukraine, to gun violence in the U.S. every day.

It will take more than any one person could do to get rid of such ugliness, but maybe we each can do ONE little thing to help each other and ourselves. Try being kind to a stranger.

Instead of glancing away from someone you pass on the street, glance AT them, and smile if you can. Try it!
